"Honestly, good for the price"
I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but yeah... these turned out better than I thought. The price felt fair, and the quality is actually solid for what I paid. Happy with them overall.

I got these shoes last week and, they’ve been really comfortable so far. I’m usually careful with new shoes because I don’t want to end up with sore feet or blisters, but I wore these all day at work and my feet didn’t hurt like they normally do. The fit was good too, not too tight or awkward. I’d definitely buy them again

"Nice shoes, but they definitely needed a little breaking in"
I ordered a pair from L'Intervalle, the quality surprised me in a good way. The material feels sturdy, and the stitching is clean, not like those flimsy shoes you sometimes get online where the photos were clearly doing all the work.
They were stiff on the first day, which I feel like they could’ve mentioned, but after wearing them a couple of times they started to feel much more comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with them and would probably buy from them again.

The shoes themselves were fine, so no real complaints there. My issue was with customer service. When I reached out, it took a few days to get a reply, and the response felt like a copy-and-paste answer that didn’t really address what I asked. I ended up having to ask twice just to get basic return information. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating and made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be.

"Kinda boring in person"
These shoes looked way better in the photos. In person, the design is plain and a little bulky, like they were trying to be stylish but gave up halfway. They’re not hideous or anything, just kind of a dull little letdown. Wouldn’t buy them again.

I’ve been wearing my pair from lintervalleshoes.com a lot lately, and so far they’re holding up really well. My quick test with shoes is usually whether they start peeling or cracking after a few rainy days, and these haven’t done any of that. The material still looks solid, and they feel sturdy without being uncomfortable or too stiff. For everyday use, they turned out better than I expected

"Nice shoes, frustrating exchange process"
The shoes themselves were nice, but trying to exchange them was way more frustrating than it needed to be. It took days to get a reply, and I had to follow up twice just to find out what was going on. It also felt like nobody really took ownership of the issue, so I kept having to push for updates. Not the smoothest experience.
